In the last event in our patient and family engagement series, Nancy Zionts from Pittsburgh Regional Health Initiative, will discuss the changing field of end of life care and how to support your community and healthcare providers to engage in difficult conversations around life limiting illnesses to effect appropriate advance care planning decisions.
